CF Content Fellas
Newcastle upon Tyne · Since 2020

We turn up.
We shoot.
You get it same day.

Content Fellas is a nine-person crew making film, photography and social content for sport, fitness, trades and lifestyle brands across the UK. We work weekends, we edit on site, and we have never once sent a client a mood board.

What we do

Six things.
All of them physical.

We are not a strategy consultancy and we do not run your ads. We show up with cameras, capture what actually happened, and hand it back fast enough to be useful.

01

Match & event day

Two operators, on site from warm-up to final whistle, editing as it happens. Highlights out within four hours; the full pack the next morning.

  • Two-operator crew
  • On-site editing
  • Sponsor-ready cutdowns
  • Stills pack included
02

Gym & facility film

Making a room full of equipment look like somewhere people want to be. Shot when it is busy, not empty at six in the morning.

  • Facility walkthroughs
  • Class & session capture
  • Member stories
  • Trainer profiles
03

Product & kit

Studio and on-body shots for supplements, apparel, equipment and tools. Product that has to look like it can take a hit.

  • Studio packshots
  • In-use lifestyle
  • Launch films
  • E-commerce grids
04

Founder & team content

The single best-performing content most of our clients have. Filmed in half-day blocks so it never eats a working week.

  • Half-day filming blocks
  • Scripted & unscripted
  • Batch of 15+ edits
  • Coaching for camera nerves
05

Social systems

Not just assets — a set of repeatable formats your own team can film on a phone between our shoot days.

  • Format design
  • Phone-filming training
  • Posting calendar
  • Monthly review
06

Sponsor deliverables

The assets that keep sponsors renewing: proof of exposure, branded cutdowns and a report they can show their own board.

  • Branded asset sets
  • Exposure reporting
  • Renewal packs
  • Rights sorted upfront
How it runs

Five steps.
No mood boards.

01

The phone call

Fifteen minutes. What you do, when it happens, what you need out of it. We will tell you on that call whether we can cover your fixture list and roughly what it costs. No discovery workshop, no proposal three weeks later.

02

Dates in the diary

We book the actual days, not a vague month. For clubs that means the fixture list; for gyms and brands it is a standing day each month. You get the crew names and their mobile numbers.

03

We turn up early

Always at least an hour before anything starts. Half of what makes match-day content good is the stuff that happens before the crowd arrives, and you cannot film that if you are still parking.

04

Edit on site

One of the crew edits from the van or the corner of the room while the other keeps shooting. That is why highlights land in four hours instead of four days, and why they are still worth posting.

05

Monthly honest review

Twenty minutes at the end of each month on what performed and what did not. If a format is dead we say so and swap it, rather than filming it for another six months because it is in the contract.

Every home game, four hours flat

A National League North club had highlights going up on the Tuesday after a Saturday game. Nobody watched them. We moved to on-site editing and got them live before the pub shut.

Who we work for

People who make things happen in a physical place.

Our clients have a pitch, a gym floor, a workshop or a van. The content has to look like the real thing, because their customers would spot a stock photo instantly.

"They were in the changing room before the players. That is the whole difference — nobody else we tried ever got there early."

— Commercial Manager, football club, County Durham

"Highlights up by half seven on a Saturday. Our sponsors started sharing them themselves, which had never happened before."

— Chairman, rugby club, Northumberland

"They taught two of our trainers to film properly on a phone. Our output tripled and our invoice stayed the same, which is a strange way to run a business and we are not complaining."

— Owner, gym group, Teesside

Questions

Asked on the phone,
most weeks.

Do you work weekends?
Constantly. Most sport happens on a Saturday, so Saturday is a normal working day here and there is no weekend surcharge on anything. Sundays are fine too. We take Mondays quietly instead, which nobody has ever objected to.
How is a four-hour turnaround possible?
Because one of the two crew edits on site while the other keeps shooting. It is not a clever piece of software, it is just a second person and a laptop in the van. It means the highlights go up while people still care about the result.
Do you travel outside the North East?
Yes, regularly. Anything within 90 minutes of the studio is included in the price. Beyond that we charge 45p a mile and, where the day starts too early to drive, an overnight at cost. You get the figure before you book — never afterwards.
Is there a minimum contract?
None at all. Every package is bought a month at a time and you can stop at the end of any month without giving notice. About two thirds of clients have been with us over a year, which we would rather earn than enforce.
What rights do we get?
Twelve months of unlimited commercial use on the day rate and Season packages, including paid advertising and sponsor use. Full Kit includes perpetual worldwide rights. We put it in writing on the first invoice so nobody has to check later.
Can our own team film some of it?
We actively want them to. Every Season and Full Kit package includes training your staff to film usable footage on a phone, plus formats designed to be easy to repeat. Clients who take that up typically triple their output without paying us more.
What if the weather is bad?
We still turn up — most of our best footage was shot in awful conditions. If a fixture or shoot is called off entirely, we move the day at no charge, as long as we hear before 7am on the day.
